If you travel, or live elsewhere part of the year, a quiet house still needs someone looking at it. Home Watch is an observation-and-report service: we look, we photograph, we tell you.
What is included
$79 a visit weekly, or $99 a visit every other week.
- Entry, alarm and an interior walk-through
- Air conditioning running and indoor humidity noted
- Signs of leaks, pests, mold, or entry
- Taps run and toilets flushed so traps don't dry out
- Mail and packages collected
- Exterior and pool-deck walk
- Storm preparation and post-storm check, including setting out and putting away your existing shutter panels
- A dated photo report after every visit; you decide what happens next
How it works
Set a schedule
Weekly or every two weeks, or a stretch of weeks when you are away.
We check the house
The same list every time, photographed and timestamped.
You decide
You receive the report. If something is wrong, we call you first and arrange the right person with your approval.
What it does not include
- Repairs during a watch visit unless you have approved them
- Pool service, landscaping or cleaning
- Emergency response
