A reset between visits
The Aurum Refresh
The Refresh is the visit for everything that needs renewing rather than repairing: the air your home breathes, the vents and fans it breathes through, and the fabrics and surfaces it lives on.
What is included
From $149 a visit.
- Air filter replacement, sized from your home record, and vacuuming of supply and return vents
- Ceiling fans, vent covers and exhaust grilles cleaned
- Dryer lint trap and housing cleaned; exterior vent flap checked
- Window and sliding-door tracks and weep holes cleared
- Smoke and CO alarm test buttons and battery replacement in battery-only units
- Upholstery, mattress and rug refresh, quoted before we begin
- The same photo checklist and report as every Aurum Visit
How it works
Scheduled with your membership
Part of the seasonal rhythm of a membership, or booked on its own.
Focused and thorough
A fixed list, worked top to bottom, with before and after photos where it helps.
Anything we notice is reported
If something needs repair, it goes in the report and onto your next visit.
What it does not include
- Repairs, adjustments or fastening (those are Aurum Visit work)
- Work at height beyond a step stool
Not sure whether something is included? See what we do, and what we don't.
Best for
Homes with allergies, pets, high humidity, or an air conditioner that works hard all year.
