The Aurum Visit
Every membership is built from one thing done well: a standing visit from a trained technician. Each visit has three parts, so you always know what you are getting and nothing gets missed.
What is included
Included in membership. Extra visits $199 each.
- The Aurum Checklist: the same inspection and preventive checks every visit, with a photo of anything we flag
- Your project time: we work down your to-do list, from assembly and hanging to adjustments and small repairs
- A report and an updated home record: what we checked, what we did, what we recommend next
How it works
Checklist (about a third of the visit)
Filters, alarms, doors and hardware, wet areas, the exterior walk and more. Everything is marked pass, flag or needs attention, with photos.
Your list (about half)
Add tasks and photos any time before the visit. Your technician works through them in order and tells you what has to wait.
Report (the last ten minutes)
Photos, notes and a recommendation for next time, saved to your home record so any technician can pick up where the last one left off.
What it does not include
- Work that needs a licensed professional or a permit (we flag it and coordinate)
- Emergency service
- Materials, which are quoted and approved by you before purchase
