Before the first regular visit, we walk the home with you and write down everything we will need to look after it well. It is the difference between a handyman who happens to be nearby and a team that knows your house.
What is included

- Systems and appliances: make, model, serial number and warranty dates
- Consumables: air filter sizes, bulb types, battery types, smoke and CO alarm dates
- Finishes: paint colors and the details a repair has to match
- Shut-off locations, house rules, pets, and access instructions (kept private and shown only on visit day)
- A first list of what needs attention, sorted by what we handle and what needs a licensed professional
- A 12-month calendar for your home: hurricane preparation, humidity, the air conditioner, dryer vent, irrigation and more

About an hour, at a time that suits you. You decide what we focus on first.
We build the record
Photos, serial numbers and notes become your home record, available to every technician who works on your home.
You get your plan
A calendar for the year and a first to-do list, so the first regular visit is productive from the first minute.
What it does not include
- A formal home inspection or appraisal
- Testing or assessment of mold, structure, wiring or plumbing
