Flat-Rate Handy Projects
Some jobs don't need a membership. For tasks that fit a visit, we quote a flat rate up front, so you know the cost before we begin. Members receive a better rate.
What is included
Priced per task before we start; members pay 10–15% less. Parts we buy for you: a $15 shopping fee.
- Furniture assembly
- Hanging art, mirrors, shelves, curtain rods and blinds
- TV mounting where power is already in place
- Caulking, grout touch-up and small drywall patches with paint touch-up
- Door, drawer and cabinet adjustments; hinges, strikes and hardware
- Weatherstripping and door sweeps
- Gutter clearing, pressure washing and fence board repair
- Smart-home devices that need no new wiring

You get a flat quote
In writing, before any work. Anything beyond the quote needs your approval first.
We do the work
A scheduled visit, a clean finish and a photo of the result.
What it does not include
- Anything that needs a licensed professional or a permit
- Work in a state of emergency beyond agreed storm preparation
